Davis Kaijanabo Muzahula is a Partner at Endoxa Law and Head of the Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice. He advises clients in the banking and finance, mining, energy and infrastructure, real estate, and corporate sectors on high-stakes disputes, regulatory enforcement, and corporate law matters.
He has represented local and multinational corporate clients before the High Court of Tanzania (including the Commercial Division) and the Court of Appeal in debt recovery, contract breaches, enforcement of security documents, negotiated settlements and other complex commercial disputes.
An accomplished legal educator and researcher, Davis lectures at Ardhi University and previously taught at St. Augustine University of Tanzania. He also delivered lectures at the Institute of Finance Management.
He holds an LL.M in Economic Law and an LL.B from St. Augustine University of Tanzania, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania. Admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, he is an active member of the Tanganyika Law Society and the East African Law Society.
