Dua has over 12 years’ experience in private practice as a corporate lawyer in Tanzania and over 10 years in house holding executives management positions including the Head of Legal and Compliance department and Company Secretary of a multinational bank and a multinational mining company. She provides legal advice in relation to mining, oil and gas, energy, infrastructure project development and finance, including the regulatory aspects related thereto.
