Elizabeth Kilasa

Elizabeth Kilasa is a Principal Consultant in the Corporate and Commercial Practice. She holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Dar es Salaam and is a lawyer and seasoned banker with strong expertise in regulatory compliance, credit structuring and risk management. Elizabeth brings a rare combination of legal insight and frontline banking experience, having advised and operated within regulated financial institutions on prudential compliance, credit governance and complex financing transactions, including project and structured finance. She plays a key role in structuring transactions, strengthening compliance frameworks and aligning legal, regulatory and commercial objectives with precision and commercial acuity.
