Endoxa Law is pleased to share the publication of the Tanzanian Chapter of the GLI Fintech publication containing a summary of the fintech regulatory regime in Tanzania. The article reflects the regulatory regime as at 30th April 2022. Since then, the government has published the Foreign Exchange Regulations 2022 which extends outward cross border remittances beyond the EAC countries to SADC countries and has been received positively by stakeholders.
